“The Birth of Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr.”
February 22, 1910 a child named Camilo C. Diel have a comet which rose simultaneously on his birth, he was born in Padre Burgos Southern Leyte. His father is Narciso Diel and his mother is Beatriz Carbonilla. They among six siblings( three boys and three girls.) and he was the second eldest. His brother Atty. Concordio Diel became the First City Councilor in Cagayan de Oro City. He was then elected for several positions; City Mayor, Provincial Board Member, Vice Governor, Governor of Misamis Oriental and then became the USEC of DILG of the republic of the Philippines, which has happened in decade 50’s to decade 80’s.
“In His Childhood”
Year 1917 he became a sacristan in a Roman Catholic Church at Malitbog, Southern Leyte for 5 years. For the same year, he went to school, Camilo’s classmate lost his money, he then went to young Camilo and said “Milo!, Milo! my money was lost!” The young Camilo replied “The 5 centavos was spent already, Hurry! Hurry!” His Classmate was in shocked for he had no idea how did young Camilo knew that his money lacks 5 centavos. At the time while he was in there school he told his teacher that; ma'am you don't have a husband but there are many men who became part of your life. His teacher was wondering. How did he know that? That’s why she asks him: Where did you know that? Child Camilo replied: it’s because of the birthmark in your sex organ. And now their teacher was more wondering on how did he knew about the private part of her body that was being hidden.
“Studying to be a Priest”
Growing up with Good Morals in his childhood years, Camilo was against the Doctrine of Roman Catholic Church that’s why he pursue to study Law at Visayas Institute in Tacloban City, but then later changed his decision and entered the seminary at Bato, Southern Leyte under the teachings of Bishop Fernando Buyser.
“When he became a Priest”
Year 1931, he was ordained as Priest by Bishop De Vega at Virgin of The Holy Rosary Parish, Agusan, Cagayan De Oro City. 1935, he became the chaplain in Padre Burgos, Southern Leyte and founded the 63rd and Mothers Devotional Organization, who taught and heals the ill.
“The life of Msgr. Camilo C. Diel in Leyte”
As he went home to Padre Burgos, Leyte. He begun to teach the teachings of Christ where it is his mission to remind all the things done by Christ. He made miracles, infact, he walked through the sea. He became popular throughout the municipality.
“When he became a Bishop”
Year 1937-1938 he was appointed as Ecclesiastical Governor and Diocesan Bishop in Cebu. He was ordained as bishop in Dumaguete City conducted by Bishop De Vega, Bishop Blanco and Bishop Delos Reyes.
“The arrival of Msgr. Diel in Mindanao”
Year 1939, he was assigned as missionary bishop here in Northern Mindanao and become the Chairman of Visayas - Mindanao Bishop Conference (VISMINCON). He was married to Crisologa and has a son name Camilo Diel Jr. Year 1961, he became the representative of IFI to join the World Council of Churches (WCC) held at New Delhi India. September 22, 1965 together with Prime Bishop Isabelo Delos Reyes Jr. represents to join the Old Catholic Conference in Vienna Austria. August 6, 1968 together with his wife, they went to Jerusalem to join a Bishop conference and have some time to visit the tomb of St. Mary, Jordan River, tomb of Abraham, Garden of Gethsemane and other places.
"St. Joseph and the Robber”
June 24 with unknown year Feast of St. John the Baptist and the mass held in Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City and Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA was there. After the mass he went to the convent and tells a history. This is what he told; There was a robber who is devoted to St. Joseph (Husband of St. Mary the mother of Jesus) in which he offers the half of what he have robbed and give it to the poor. As Time passed by when the robber died, the God judge him on where he should be placed, is it in Hell? or in Heaven? but his bad deeds were greater that is why he was judge to put in hell. But St. Joseph (king of all saints) disagreed and begs the God to not put him in hell because that man was devoted to him and he doesn't want to put the man in hell, but God ignore his request and commanded to put the robber in hell. Because of that, St. Joseph mourned and goes outside the Heaven and few Saints joined him. The God saw it and he changed his decision towards the robber and he saved the robber. (The message of this is that the invisible helpers are so important for us humans and to devote in Jesus Nazarene because they will be our lawyer when the time of judgment comes).
“Msgr. Camilo C. Diel lay in the sea”
After the story, they all went to the sea to take a bath, and Msgr. Diel ALFA showed to the people that he laid in the sea. He is like laying in bed because he float very well and they were wondering because there is a big stone that float together with Msgr. Diel.
“The Revealed Miracles of Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. the ALFA”
“The resurrection of Domingo Gamlot”
These are the miracles that I have known that Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA did to a person who is a "Cook" named Domingo Gamlot who has been hospitalized and declared dead and brought to the morgue. When Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA was informed, he went to the hospital because he cherished that man, he went inside the morgue and he tap the foot and said, "Get up!!" and Domingo Gamlot came back to life and Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA said, "You still have a mission" and then he replied; he promised that every time he goes to church, he will hike from Libona to Cathedral in his Whole life. The time he resurrected, he stated to us and said “In heaven, I saw our beloved Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA sitting on his throne in heaven face to face.
“The Resurrection of Lino Maandig”
There was a person named Lino Maandig, one of those He resurrected. It happened in Maundy Thursday when he sat beside the Bishop and he was warned, “Watch out! Watch out!" until the time came that Lino Maandig Died. According to him when he was in heaven, "The Views are so beautiful" and he was resurrected by Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA, but he was not happy and he complained to Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA and said, "Why did you resurrected me when my situation in heaven is wonderful? And Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA was just silent.
“The Resurrection of Faustino Ugsod”
There was a person who named Faustino Ugsod. On the time of his death and his spiritual body went to heaven, he saw Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA met him and said, "Go back! Go back! Your mission is not yet done." and suddenly he saw his body and entered, and the person named Faustino Ugsod came back to life.
“Msgr. Diel and his Grandson”
There was a time that the Grandson of Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA went to Carnival together with Atty. Diel the son of Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA, the child pride fully said, "Grandpa! We won big because daddy is a sharpshooter, Grandpa, come with us next time." The next time when they were together, that time his daddy cannot hit the game "Target" and they lose, and the child said "Grandpa, next time don't come with us because daddy can't hit if you are here." and Monsignor replied, " pity them!, pity!, that's their only source of income."
“Atty. Diel went to Jerusalem”
This story is a part of his son who traveled without passport. Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA said to his son, " Jun, Travel tomorrow" his son replied, "Pa, don't be like that," the second time he said "you will travel tomorrow to Jerusalem, because I will use the things that you need to get, the soil, oil, and water for the ash Wednesday" and he travel. He went first to manila and go to his friend, an Attorney who said, "it's impossible Jun, you need to process it." he went back to his father and said, " Pa it's impossible, we need to process (VISA) it!" and then Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA made a letter with his signature and gave it to his son and said, "There Jun! Go travel" and then he traveled. Every time, every end of his destination, he just present the letter and everywhere he go, there is no any question, every time and everywhere else he present the letter, he went in automatically. Before he can reach Jerusalem, he will pass Singapore, when he arrived Singapore, Atty. Diel planned and said to his mind, "once I got the things my father said to took, I will tour here again once I came back" he calls for a taxi and he met a black taxi, the taxi driver said "her eyes is black, very beautiful" he was invited for a woman and he said to his mind, "father, if i will be tempted, it’s not my fault" and then, he didn't fall to temptation. When he reached Jerusalem, he met two men who wear black clothes, he can't recognize that man who fetched him, and they assisted him. When he was done to his needs, as he went back home, when he was in Singapore, he lost his two bags and he have no things left, that's why he buy some clothes. he was so worried because all his things are in the bag including the things he was ordered to took, and then he was called to go home and he was astound that his two bags are already in their home.
"Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA walks to the sea"
This was happened in Surigao which was the same that took in the history of Christ when he walked into the sea. Just like ALFA whom the same God from the past. The story goes like this, there's a child who always hear a story from elders about a priest who walks into the sea, and the child listened and ask himself on how true those things he heard. And there's someone also said that he is now a bishop in Cagayan De Oro. The child even in his youthful mind, he wanted to meet the bishop and confirm the truth and the true happenings, that is why he entered being a priest in order to make his dream come true, and then when he became priest, he traveled by his own zeal in order for him to answer his wanted questions long time ago. When he reached Cagayan De Oro, he went straight to Fr. Telen because they were partner or classmate in seminary of Mr. Pamurcan and he stated the reason why he reached that area. Few moments passed by Fr. Telen said that they will go to Iligan. While they are in their way, the bus stops in front of Molugan parish unexpectedly. It's like it was intended by that time that's why the priest asked whom the child in the past named Fr. Flores is now a Priest? Then Fr. Telen replied: Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. is there right now. The priest drop his jaw seems like he was shocked. That's why the priest said that they will go out. When they were in the church Fr. Telen made a respect to Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr.ALFA. While Fr. Flores also there and said: Monsignor!, how true is it that you walked into the sea of Surigao? Yes it's true. I walk through because there were so many sick people in the port. Then the Master asked him; did you remember in 1975 you hit my head in the wall? (While scratching his head). And the priest replied: which of it Monsigñor? Then the Master replied again: 1975 you hit my head in the wall. The priest replied: ah yeah! It was the time when my shoe slip because of the heaviness of Lignum because of its big size. He was shocked why did the bishop know it? Is he there? Then he understand that Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA and the Lignum is one.
“The life of Jimmy Manlunas”
There was a person named Jimmy Manlunas from the east. A businessman who went to Cagayan De Oro City. He stated his experience in life when he was a youth. He met an old man in the forest. They have an agreement and gave him a piece of crab shell and said that they will meet again. When they reached Cagayan de Oro City his wife attended a lecture about bible study which tells about the 24 themes. The one who conducted the lecture was Efipanio Wabe/PONEBU. The time his wife listened on the first day, she realize that the lecture was good. When she came home she invited her husband Jimmy Manlunas. To make the story short they received a white stone with a new name written by God. The time came during an affair in seashore Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City; there was a man whom he remembered, the same man from the forest that the Master gave him a crab shell as a sign and said “we will meet again someday”. That time he realized that the person he met in the forest was not an ordinary man. And he proves it to himself that He is the one. Then every time that there is an affair he can't deny that he is the one who came from above. The people understand that they will bless in the Master's ring, but for him, he kiss on the foot because in his perception, he is not an ordinary man, Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA.
“Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA at the sea”
In Naawan there were fishermen who hasn’t got anything that's why they left out in the bay. When they were on the shore, they saw Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA, asking if they have any catch? And they replied that they don't have, then Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA said, “put your nets on that side”. But the fishers argued that they were from that side but still they didn't catch anything. And then Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA said “put your nets again”, and then they were wondering because they caught a large number of fish, that the boat almost sunk because of such abundant catch.
"In the room of Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA"
In the house of Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA, if there were people bringing some food/offering they will bought it upstairs in order for them to see the room of Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA. Majority of them who entered his office said that the "Santo Cristo". In his office is miraculous. There were times that Bam-bam, Apostle Pedro Clapano, Apostle Gomer went to his house. Apostle Angelo Oco let them enter in his room in one condition, that every time they will enter in his room, they should bring an offer. And when they go upstairs they should make a sign of a cross in the first footstep of the stairs and they should ask permission for entering in order to avoid side effect "ALFA we are hoping that you will give us permission to enter in your room". When they entered they were so happy and they immediately kissed the image of Sto. Niño that has a Jewel. According to Bam-bam, the force is so powerful. There were times that the "Mothers" from Igpit, Opol, Misamis Oriental visited and entered his room while wearing their maroon and then they kneeled and pray. They said: wow! It was so powerful, even though were already outside of his room. We can still feel it even in his Chapel" according to the mothers from igpit, that is why i said to myself that they were blessed because they wear maroon.
“The Flourish of IFI church and the increase of 63rd & Mother's”
When Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA came here in Mindanao; there were only few members of IFI. There he started giving a second name and he created Evangelists to conduct a lecture to spread the good news (word of God). He commanded everywhere and there were many miracles they've done by the name of ALFA. 1954 he created the Apostles of Cathedral in Cagayan De Oro City. He commanded his Evangelists especially Efipanio Wabe also called as PONEBU to create a theme to be the foundation in every lecture. because of the guidance of the Holy Spirit to the old lecturer they created the 24 themes. As time passed by the members of the church were increasing and then 24 groups of apostles was created in whole MOBUCA (Misamis Oriental, Bukidnon, Camiguin) to spread the good news (word of God), and Apostle Nazer Laid became the overall chairman. And He’s always together with Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA. Efipanio Wabe become the Consultant of the whole 63rd and Mothers and they Continue to spread the good news and flourished.
“When 63rd & Mothers marked at Himaya Chapel”
Year 1987, there was an act of volunteerism at Himaya Chapel at Himaya, El Salvador City. Apostle Bebito Langala was commanded by Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA to marked 63rd & Mothers the said church because time will come we will not be able to enter the IFI church. Year 2015 the Apostles of Molugan was removed by the IFI Bishop. Even if he was an Apostle of Opol he joined together with the apostles of Molugan because according to him he became IFI because of the 63rd. And now at present we stand the 63rd & Mothers Apostolic Church whom the true people of God, Msgr. Camilo C. Diel Sr. the ALFA and OMEGA.
