THE SEPARATION FROM IFI
In the year 2014, the Chapel at Baybay Molugan, El Salvador City, which was entrusted by Monseigneur Camilo C. Diel Sr., the ALFA to His devoted Apostles, was included in the land survey possessed by VETARA and she wanted to have it. She called the attention of the priest assigned in that chapel but they refused to entertain, instead, they passed the responsibility to the Apostles. The reason that the Chairman Apostle together with the Consultant called a meeting to all 63rd and Mothers members in order to gather the best solution. We humbly asked help from the parish council to pay that land but they never supported us, rather, they made excuses that they had nothing to help. That’s why the 63rd and Mothers Consultant decided to call a meeting for all the members of the Philippine Catholic Church, hence, he was the Chairman of the “kaabag” that time. And it was agreed to give any amount to pay that certain land. Fortunately, our money-gathered reached up to the total of 200,000 pesos, just enough for the sale amount. At last, the Church at Baybay Molugan officially ours. In the deed of sale, it stipulated the name of the payor in order to officially transfer the name of the owner, but since, there were several names of payors, therefore, another meeting was called. Then, everyone agreed to register the name, 63rd and Mothers Devotional Organization as the owner. However, Tax Identification Number (TIN) was needed in the process, so, we have to register the organization beforehand. We asked permission to the son of Mons. Camilo C. Diel Sr. ALFA , Attorney Diel about the registration of the organization, in no more words, he permitted us. In 2014, it was registered, and at the same time, was filed in the SEC.
In 2015, during Holy Week, the Apostles habitually conducted a mission in going anywhere and intruded into the home of the Philippine Catholic Church Members. We even reached in a far distance just like in Talakag, Villanueva and Pagadian City. But unexpectedly, while we were at Pagadian City, someone was calling to our companion named Cocoy Dela Peña. As he answered, it was Monseigneur Ablon who asked, “Why were you there?” Cocoy replied, “We were at our co-apostle’s home.” When we went back home, we found out that Monseigneur Ablon angried with us. Within fact, he sent us a letter that was addressed to our chairman. Our chairman responded his letter but the anger of Monseigneur Ablon had arisen. And so, in April 30, 2015, he ordered Monseigneur Juliada to suspend us from the service for one year started in June 1, 2015. Suddenly, we asked ourselves if there was a suspension to be sanctioned for volunteers with no salary.
However, in May 11, 2015, it was approved in the SEC the registration of 63rd and Mothers Devotional Organization. In August 19, 2015, Bishop Juliada sent a letter to the Chairman Apostle, Nazer Laid/DIKAZO, stated as the chairman’s presence was badly needed by him in order to object the legal registration of the 63rd and Mothers Devotional Organization into the Security of Exchange Commission (SEC).
In August 22, 2015 at Ten o’clock in the morning, the confrontation between the Apostles and Bishop Juliada was done during the meeting at Molugan Church, Molugan, El Salvador City. There, the bishop confronted us about the registration of the 63rd and Mothers Devotional Organization. The 63rd and Mothers attendees on that time were mentioned as follows; Apostle Nazer Laid, Apostle Epifanio Macatual, Apostle Narving Jaudian, Apostle Gomer Igloria, Apostle Raul Naguita, Apostle Joseph Badoles, Apostle Inecito Abragan, Apostle Cesar Macaubos, Apostle Pedro Clapano, Apostle Nazareno Langala, and Apostle Bernabe Langala together with their wives, and Apostle Villarosa Fabria. The Apostles shared the reason why the 63rd and Mothers Devotional Organization was legally registered, but Bishop Juliada negatively stood firm against us. There, he rejected and kicked out us from the Philippine Independent Catholic Church (IFI) for the reason that no organization must be registered under the above-mentioned Church. The Chairman of the Apostles humbly apologized, together, the Barangay Councilor, Apostle Villarosa Fabria said, “Monseigneur, I was widowed but I still attended mass always, if I would marry again, could I still have the mass of my weeding here?” The bishop answered, “No, you couldn’t since you’re no longer a member”. Then, Apostle Fabria added, “Were we separated yet, Monseigneur?” The bishop replied, “Maybe.” He was asked for the second time and replied, “The truth is, in terms of service, you could not avail anymore for you totally departed. You could only retrieve it if you revoked the registration and donate the church without any documents for donation because the priests could never conduct mass to the church which was not donated.”
He even said many things rigorously that led some of us to walk out.
Afterwards, when we went out, inevitably, we felt the heartache that seemed was torning our hearts. To think that the church we together built, developed and loved in a sudden could not give us any services. With great hope, we asked the help of the leaders of the church namely; Engineer Jory Bingona, Engineer Harold Ugsod, Judge Avelino Pakino, Bob Caylo Juby Galorfort, and company in order to meet us at Mindys Restaurant and to bring back the good relations between one another. But they failed, within fact, the bishop sent out a letter that stated, “Let us forgot the 63rd and Mothers Apostles as members of the Philippine Catholic Independent Church (PCIC).” However, despite of their rejection, many of the active members understood us and followed. Together, we raised our devotional organization that later became a legally registered 63rd and Mothers Apostolic Church of the Philippines. And now, for the sake of every members, it was agreed in the meeting that one of the apostle has to be solemnized. Consultant Apostle Epifanio Macatual was the first one to secure his license for him to conduct wedding rites legally. Right after he received his license, two of the PSA incharge namely Juliet Cordiro and company, went at the 63rd and Mothers Apostolic Church Cathedral, Tuburan Taytay, El Salvador City in order to seminar the Apostles for them to avail license anytime.
When time came that more had already understood the incidents and turned as the members of 63rd and Mothers Apostolic Church, it was agreed to add more Solemnizing Officers with names mentioned below; Chairman Apostle Nazer Laid, Vice Chairman Apostle and City Councilor Narving Jaudian, Apostle Angelo Oco, Apostle Gomer Igloria, Apostle Nazareno Langala, Apostle Bernabe Langala, Apostle Robert Langala, and two additional representative from Naawan namely; Apostle Nestor Billones and Apostle Glory Glaban.
